Abstract
A composite sheet includes a sheet-like fibrous assembly and a plurality of thermoplastic film layers. Each of the layers is formed on its upper surface with a plurality of grooves extending from one side edge to the other side edge of the layer.

A flexible composite sheet comprising a sheet-like fibrous assembly having upper and lower surfaces and a plurality of thermoplastic synthetic resin lamellae each having upper surface and lower surface bonded to said upper surface of said sheet-like fibrous assembly so that the upper surface of said fibrous assembly is exposed through a gap defined between each pair of said adjacent lamellae,
- each of said lamellae being formed on the upper surface thereof with a plurality of grooves which extends parallel one to another and each of said grooves extending from one side edge of said lamella to the other side edge of the same lamella opposed to said one side edge.
