Communication method and apparatus

An apparatus comprising:

• at least one processor;
• and
• a non-transitory computer readable medium storing a program executable by the at least one processor, the program comprising instructions for causing the at least one processor to execute operations including:
• receiving first indication information, wherein the first indication information is usable to indicate whether a priority of first transmission on a first transmission occasion is lower than a priority of second transmission, wherein the first transmission is a synchronization signal/physical broadcast channel block (SSB) or a physical random access channel (PRACH) on a first frequency domain resource, the second transmission is transmission on a second frequency domain resource, a transmission direction of the first transmission is different from a transmission direction of the second transmission, and the first transmission occasion overlaps with a time domain resource of the second transmission;
• and
• performing transmission of the second transmission or reception of the second transmission on the second frequency domain resource based on the first indication information, wherein at least a part of the first transmission that overlaps at least a part of the second transmission is cancelled and the at least part of the first transmission that overlaps with the at least part of the second transmission is discarded.
