Imaging apparatus, control method, and storage medium

An imaging apparatus including an imaging sensor configured to capture an image for an examination, and a network interface configured to communicate with a predetermined system, the imaging apparatus comprising:

• at least one processor;
• and
• at least one memory storing instructions which, when the instructions are executed by the at least one processor, cause the imaging apparatus to:
• select an examination purpose;
• acquire image capturing control information corresponding to the examination purpose selected from the predetermined system via the network interface;
• and
• set at least one of a setting value of an image capturing condition, display content to be displayed on a display unit together with an image to be captured by the imaging unitsensor, and an item of information to be associated with an image captured by the imaging unit sensor based on the image capturing control information acquired in accordance with the examination purpose,
• wherein, based on the image capturing control information acquired in accordance with the examination purpose, the examination evaluation item is set from among a plurality of examination evaluation items including at least one of DESIGN-R, a specified symptom sum score system with grading of scaling, roughness, redness and cracks (SRRC), an Eczema Area and Severity Index (EASI), a Psoriasis Area Severity Index (PASI), and a Total Body Surface Area (TBSA),
• wherein, in a case where the examination purpose is pressure sore, the DESIGN-R is set as the examination evaluation item,
• wherein, in a case where the examination purpose is asteatosis cutis, the SRRC is set as the examination evaluation item,
• wherein, in a case where the examination purpose is atopic dermatitis, the EASI is set as the examination evaluation item,
• wherein, in a case where the examination purpose is psora, the PASI is set as the examination evaluation item, and
• wherein, in a case where the examination purpose is burn injury, the TBSA and a burn depth is set as the examination evaluation item.
