A program causes a computer to execute receiving from a server two or more pieces of node identification information selected based on geographical proximity, and receiving three or more pieces of node identification information selected at random. Inspection data is received from each of a total of five or more nodes received from the server. It is then determined whether a majority of the total of five or more nodes store same inspection data and at least one of nodes identified by the two or more pieces of node identification information selected based on geographical proximity is included in the majority of the nodes storing the same inspection data. When the at least one of nodes is included, one node included in the majority of the nodes storing the same inspection data is selected and identified by one of the pieces of node identification information selected based on geographical proximity.
A system in which a plurality of terminals, a plurality of nodes that communicate with each other in a peer-to-peer manner, and a server that stores node identification information that identifies the plurality of nodes are connected to each other by a network, wherein
