Method and device for transmitting/receiving control information in wireless communication system

An apparatus for a user equipment, the apparatus comprising:

• at least one transceiver for transmitting and receiving a wireless signal;
• and
• at least one processor for controlling the at least one transceiver,
• wherein the at least one processor is configured to:
• receive at least one physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH);
• based on a negative acknowledgement (NACK) only-based Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest-acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) report for the at least one PDSCH being overlapped with a channel state (CSI) report in a physical uplink control channel information (PUCCH),
• multiplex HARQ-ACK information for the at least one PDSCH with CSI,
• the HARQ-ACK information being based on an ACK/NACK-based HARQ-ACK report mode, instead of a NACK only-based HARQ-ACK report mode,
• transmit the HARQ-ACK information and the CSI in the PUCCH,
• wherein, based on the at least one PDSCH being received without downlink control information, the HARQ-ACK information and the CSI are multiplexed in a PUCCH resource configured for the CSI report.

An apparatus for a base station, the apparatus comprising:

• at least one transceiver for transmitting and receiving a wireless signal;
• and
• at least one processor for controlling the at least one transceiver,
• wherein the at least one processor is configured to:
• transmit at least one physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH);
• based on a negative acknowledgement (NACK) only-based Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest-acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) report for the at least one PDSCH being overlapped with a channel state information (CSI) report in a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH),
• receive HARQ-ACK information for the at least one PDSCH being multiplexed with CSI in the PUCCH,
• the HARQ-ACK information is based on an ACK/NACK-based HARQ-ACK report mode, instead of a NACK only-based HARQ-ACK report mode,
• wherein, based on the at least one PDSCH being received without downlink control information, the HARQ-ACK information and the CSI are multiplexed in a PUCCH resource configured for the CSI report.
