Battery pack

A battery pack, comprising:

• a casing comprising a support beam;
• a plurality of fasteners;
• and
• a battery module housed in the casing, the battery module is a two-layer battery module comprising a lower layer and an upper layer stacked in a height direction;
• the battery module comprising:
• a plurality of batteries arranged along a length direction;
• and
• an end plate located at an end of the plurality of batteries in the length direction;
• the end plate comprising:
• a main body portion;
• and
• at least one lug protruding outwardly from the main body portion along the length direction and fixedly connected to the casing,
• wherein the at least one lug comprises a lower-layer lug corresponding to the lower layer and an upper-layer lug corresponding to the upper layer,
• the at least one lug is provided with a plurality of first mounting holes penetrating in a height direction, each of the plurality of first mounting holes is an elongated hole extending in the length direction to absorb a length tolerance of the battery module,
• the support beam is provided with a plurality of second mounting holes respectively corresponding to the plurality of first mounting holes on the lower-layer lug and penetrating entirely through the support beam in the height direction,
• a first fastener of the plurality of fasteners passes through one of the plurality of first mounting holes on the lower-layer lug and a corresponding one of the plurality of second mounting holes of the support beam to fixedly connect the lower layer and the support beam,
• a second fastener of the plurality of fasteners passes through one of the plurality of first mounting holes of the upper-layer lug, another one of the plurality of first mounting holes of the lower-layer lug, and another one of the plurality of second mounting holes of the support beam to fixedly connect the upper layer to the support beam.
