Abstract

An automated system and computer implemented method for providing medical health care services to a remote patient, the system comprising a memory, a datastore, a communication component, and a processor coupled to the memory and configured to transmit to a first remote device using the communication component, a first set of queries. Receive from the first remote device using the communication component and in response to the first set of queries, first response data. Store in the data store, the set of queries and responses to the one or more queries and a health condition associated with a first user of the remote device. Determine a second set of queries, different to the first set of queries, based on the response received from the first remote device. Transmit using the communication component to a second device having a second user with the same health condition as the first user, the second set of queries. Receive from the second remote device using the communication component and in response to the second set of queries, second response data. Generate a treatment plan for the health condition based on the second response data. Transmit to the second device, using the communication component, the treatment plan.

Dependent claims

A method for improving machine learning classification models and updating patient treatment plans based on updated clusters, the method comprising:

administering, to a first user and based on an original cluster, of a plurality of clusters, assigned to the first user by a trained machine learning model, a first treatment plan for a health condition of the first user;
receiving, from each of a plurality of remote devices corresponding to each of a plurality of second users and after the administering the first treatment plan;
responses to one or more queries and health condition information;
identifying, for each of the plurality of second users, a treatment plan;
recomputing, based on the responses, the health condition information, and the treatment plan for each of the plurality of second users, the trained machine learning model;
identifying, using the recomputed machine learning model and for the first user, a new cluster of the plurality of clusters that corresponds to the first user;
modifying, based on the new cluster, the first treatment plan;
and
administering, to the first user, the modified first treatment plan.
