Information processing apparatus, information input support system, and non-transitory recording medium

An information processing apparatus communicable with a communication terminal operated by an operator, the information processing apparatus comprising circuitry configured to:

• acquire information on the operator and activity information that includes information on an activity of the operator for a customer through a dialogue with the operator;
• determine a degree of progress of the activity based on the activity information;
• determine whether or not a proposal to the customer is required based on the degree of progress of the activity:
• in response to determining that the proposal is required, determine needs of the customer by using, as input information, the activity information and the determined degree of progress and transmit speech information to the communication terminal, the speech information including the needs of the customer for display to the operator, and
• in response to determining that the proposal is not required, transmit, to the communication terminal, a question sentence to ask a question to the operator and to acquire the activity information.

A non-transitory recording medium storing a plurality of program codes which, when executed by one or more processors, causes the one or more processors to perform a method, the method comprising:

• acquiring information on an operator and activity information that includes information on an activity of the operator for a customer through a dialogue with the operator;
• determining a degree of progress of the activity based on the activity information;
• determining whether or not a proposal to the customer is required based on the degree of progress of the activity;
• in response to determining that the proposal is required, determining needs of the customer by using, as input information, the activity information and the determined degree of progress and transmitting speech information to a communication terminal, the speech information including the needs of the customer for display to the operator, and
• in response to determining that the proposal is not required, transmitting, to the communication terminal, a question sentence to ask a question to the operator to acquire the activity information.
