Abstract
An optical system configured to guide an image displayed on a display element to an eyeball of a viewer includes a resin lens, and a member for reducing transmission of ultraviolet light of the optical system. The member is disposed closer to the viewer than the resin lens. Predetermined inequalities are satisfied.
