Dynamic navigation generation using AI

A monitoring system including a computer hardware system, comprising:

• a hardware processor configured to initiate the following executable operations:
• real-time monitoring private communications from one or more communication devices associated with first responders;
• real-time monitoring public communications via a separate communication channel from a private communication channel that is used for the real-time monitoring the private communications;
• detecting, using an artificial intelligence (AI) agent analyzing one or more of the private communications or the public communications, an event;
• identifying, using the AI agent, an event location associated with the event;
• generating, using the AI agent and the event location, an occlusion zone associated with the event;
• updating map data to include the occlusion zone, wherein the map data is used to real-time amend a route that involves the occlusion zone;
• and
• providing, using the AI agent and to one or more additional first responders that are in route to the event, re-routing information that is based on the occlusion zone.

A computer program product, comprising:

• a non-transitory computer readable storage medium having stored therein program code,
• the program code, which when executed by a computer hardware system within a monitoring system, causes the computer hardware system to perform:
• real-time monitoring private communications from one or more communication devices associated with first responders;
• real-time monitoring public communications via a separate communication channel from a private communication channel that is used for the real-time monitoring the private communications;
• detecting, using an artificial intelligence (AI) agent analyzing one or more of the private communications or the public communications, an event;
• identifying, using the AI agent, an event location associated with the event;
• generating, using the AI agent and the event location, an occlusion zone associated with the event;
• updating map data to include the occlusion zone, wherein
• the map data is used to real-time amend a route that involves the occlusion zone;
• and
• providing, using the AI agent and to one or more additional first responders that are in route to the event, re-routing information that is based on the occlusion zone.
