Abstract
A support system includes a first storage unit configured to store information related to a plurality of processes performed by a work machine in a time series, the information including information associating previous and subsequent processes among the plurality of processes, and the plurality of processes including movement of earth and sand on the ground, movement of earth and sand from the ground, or both; and a display unit configured to display the information related to the plurality of processes.
Claims16
A support system comprising:
- a hardware processor configured to
- electronically generate a video or a slide show of a plurality of still images related to a plurality of processes before the plurality of processes are actually performed by a work machine in a time series, the video or the slide show including associating information that associates previous and subsequent processes among the plurality of processes, the plurality of processes including movement of earth and sand on the ground, movement of earth and sand from the ground, or both;
- store the generated video or slide show in a first storage before the plurality of processes are actually performed by the work machine in a time series;
- extract the stored video or slide show from the first storage based on information designated by a user before the plurality of processes are actually performed by the work machine in a time series;
- and
- display the extracted video or slide show on a display before the plurality of processes are actually performed by the work machine in a time series, such that respective contents of the plurality of processes are displayed in a time series in accordance with an execution order of the plurality of processes along with the associating information;
- and
- an input unit configured to receive an input from the user,
- wherein the hardware processor is further configured to, in response to the input through the input unit, rewind the displayed contents to display information related to a previous process among the plurality of processes, or advance the displayed contents to display information related to a subsequent process among the plurality of processes, before the plurality of processes are actually performed by the work machine in a time series.

An information processing device comprising:
- a hardware processor configured to
- electronically generate a video or a slide show of a plurality of still images related to a plurality of processes before the plurality of processes are actually performed by a work machine in a time series, the video or the slide show including associating information that associates previous and subsequent processes among the plurality of processes, the plurality of processes including movement of earth and sand on the ground, movement of earth and sand from the ground, or both;
- store the generated video or slide show in a first storage before the plurality of processes are actually performed by the work machine in a time series;
- extract the stored video or slide show from the first storage based on information designated by a user before the plurality of processes are actually performed by the work machine in a time series;
- and
- transmit the extracted video or slide show to display the extracted video or slide show on a predetermined device used by the user before the plurality of processes are actually performed by the work machine in a time series, such that respective contents of the plurality of processes are displayed in a time series in accordance with an execution order of the plurality of processes along with the associating information, and in response to an input from the user through an input unit of the predetermined device, the displayed contents are rewound to display information related to a previous process among the plurality of processes or advanced to display information related to a subsequent process among the plurality of processes.

A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program for causing a computer to execute a process of controlling a terminal device, the process comprising:
- transmitting, before a plurality of processes are actually performed by a work machine in a time series, an electric signal to an external information processing device in response to a predetermined input, the electric signal requesting transmission of a video or a slide show of a plurality of still images related to the plurality of processes, the video or the slide show being electronically generated before the plurality of processes are actually performed in a time series and including associating information that associates previous and subsequent processes among the plurality of processes, the plurality of processes including movement of earth and sand on the ground, movement of earth and sand from the ground, or both;
- receiving the electronically generated video or slide show transmitted from the external information processing device in response to the electric signal, before the plurality of processes are actually performed by the work machine in a time series;
- displaying the received video or slide show on a display before the plurality of processes are actually performed by the work machine in a time series, such that respective contents of the plurality of processes are displayed in a time series in accordance with an execution order of the plurality of processes along with the associating information;
- and
- rewinding the displayed contents to display information related to a previous process among the plurality of processes or advancing the displayed contents to display information related to a subsequent process among the plurality of processes, in response to an input from a user through an input unit of the terminal device, before the plurality of processes are actually performed by the work machine in a time series.
