Abstract
Steel sheet able to reduce die damage at the time of cold pressing, that is, steel sheet having a predetermined chemical composition and steel microstructure which has on the sheet surface a plurality of step differences having height differences of more than 5.0 μm at intervals of 2.0 mm or less.
