Abstract
Disclosed are salts of 2-(4-(2-(7,8-dimethyl-[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyridin-6-yl)-3-isopropyl-1H-indol-5-yl)piperidin-1-yl)acetamide and crystalline forms thereof. The compounds of the invention are useful as treatments for lupus.

A method of treating lupus in a patient in need thereof comprising orally administering to the patient an effective amount of 2-(4-(2-(7,8-dimethyl-[1,2,4]triazolo-[1,5-a]pyridin-6-yl)-3-isopropyl-1H-indol-5-yl) piperidin-1-yl)acetamide monobenzenesulfonate having a powder x-ray diffraction (PXRD) pattern comprising 2θ values (CuKα λ=1.5418 Å) at 12.1±0.2 and 15.1±0.2, measured at a temperature of 25° C.
A method of treating lupus in a patient in need thereof comprising orally administering to the patient an effective amount of 2-(4-(2-(7,8-dimethyl-[1,2,4]triazolo-[1,5-a]pyridin-6-yl)-3-isopropyl-1H-indol-5-yl) piperidin-1-yl)acetamide monobenzenesulfonate having a powder x-ray diffraction (PXRD) pattern comprising four or more 2θ values (CuKα λ=1.5418 Å) selected from:
- 6.1±0.2, 8.4±0.2, 10.1±0.2, 11.1±0.2, 12.1±0.2, 15.1±0.2, 15.6±0.2, 17.8±0.2, 18.2±0.2, and 18.7±0.2, wherein the PXRD pattern is measured at a temperature of 25° C.
