Information processing method

An information processing method performed by an information processing device, the information processing method comprising:

• receiving an electric power feed request to feed electric power to a vehicle from a user terminal;
• determining an installer to install a charger to feed the electric power to the vehicle and a retriever to retrieve the charger in response to the receiving of the electric power feed request;
• transmitting installation work information to an installer terminal, the installation work information indicating at least a charging location and an installation time for installing the charger;
• monitoring the charger using at least one of location information of the charger, communication information of the charger, or an image of the charger captured by a camera installed at the charging location;
• transmitting a charge completion notification to a terminal installed at the charging location, the charge completion notification indicating that charging of the vehicle is completed and including the location information of the charger;
• and
• transmitting retrieval work information to a retriever terminal, the retrieval work information indicating at least the charging location and a retrieval time for retrieving the charger.
