The present invention relates to a composition for oral use in the form of aqueous solution comprising citicoline and nicotinamide and said composition for use in the treatment of glaucoma. The present invention further relates to the pharmaceutical form in aqueous solution characterized by high bioavailability.

A method of treating a subject having glaucoma comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of an oral composition in the form of an aqueous solution comprising citicoline and nicotinamide.
