Abstract

The present invention relates to a gel composition comprising taurodeoxycholic acid, its derivative, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient, hyaluronic acid, its derivative, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; and a surfactant that is polysorbate 20 or polysorbate 80, and a composition comprising the same for preventing or treating atopic dermatitis, and specifically, the composition has fewer side effects and higher therapeutic efficacy compared to existing atopic dermatitis treatments, it is effective and has a significantly superior effect compared to conventional formulations, and so it can be usefully used as a new pharmaceutical composition that can prevent or treat atopic dermatitis.
