Abstract
The present invention is direct to a hair care composition comprising from about 8 to about 17% of one or more surfactants; from about 0.1-0.25% of salicylate salts or acids; from about 0.1-0.25% of benzoate salts or acids wherein there is a weight ratio of about 1:1 to 2.5:1 for the salicylate salts or acids to sodium benzoate salts or acids.
Claims52
A hair care composition comprising:
- a. from about 10 to about 17%, by total weight of the composition, of one or more surfactants wherein the one or more surfactants are free of sulfate-based surfactants;
- b. from about 0.1-0.25%, by total weight of the composition, of one or more salicylate salts or acids;
- c. from about 0.1-0.25%, by total weight of the composition, of one of more benzoate salts or acids
- wherein there is a weight ratio of about 1:1 to 2.5:1 for the one or more salicylate salts or acids to one or more benzoate salts or acids.
