Display device including bank layer tips

A display device comprising:

• a first pixel electrode and a second pixel electrode which are disposed on a substrate to be spaced apart from each other;
• an inorganic insulating layer disposed on the substrate to be in part on the first and second pixel electrodes;
• a bank structure disposed on the inorganic insulating layer, wherein first and second openings are defined through the bank structure to overlap the first and second pixel electrodes, respectively;
• an auxiliary layer disposed on the first and second pixel electrodes in the first and second openings;
• a first light-emitting layer and a second light-emitting layer which are disposed on the auxiliary layer on the first pixel electrode and the second pixel electrode, respectively;
• a first common electrode and a second common electrode which are disposed on the first light-emitting layer and the second light-emitting layer, respectively;
• and
• an auxiliary layer pattern disposed on the bank structure around the first opening and the second opening,
• wherein
• the first common electrode and the second common electrode are spaced apart from each other,
• the bank structure includes a first bank layer and a second bank layer, which is disposed on the first bank layer and includes a different metal material from the first bank layer, and
• the second bank layer includes tips, which protrude from side surfaces of the first bank layer defining the first opening and the second opening.
