An electronic device includes: a base; a case forming an accommodation space together with the base; an electronic component accommodated in the accommodation space; an electronic component at which the electronic component is disposed; and an elastic body sandwiched between the base and the case, the elastic body including a holding portion to hold the plate-shaped member.

An electronic device comprising:
- a base;
- a case forming an accommodation space together with the base;
- an electronic component accommodated in the accommodation space;
- a plate-shaped member at which the electronic component is disposed;
- an elastic body sandwiched between the base and the case;
- and
- a cable electrically connected to at least one of the electronic component or the plate- shaped member, wherein
- the elastic body includes a holding portion to hold the plate-shaped member and a grommet through which the cable is inserted, and
- the elastic body covers at least part of the electronic component.
