Method for transmitting and receiving sidelink data and device for same in wireless communication system

A second user equipment (UE) comprising:

• one or more transceivers;
• one or more processors configured to control the one or more transceivers;
• and
• one or more memories operably connected to the one or more processors,
• wherein the one or more memories are configured to store instructions performing operations based on being executed by the one or more processors,
• wherein the operations comprise:
• receiving, from a base station, sidelink (SL) discontinuous reception (DRX) configuration information, wherein the SL DRX configuration information includes information for a plurality of SL DRX timers that include i) an SL DRX Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request (HARQ) Round Trip Time (RTT) timer, ii) an SL DRX Onduration timer, iii) an SL DRX inactivity timer, and/or iv) an SL DRX retransmission timer;
• receiving, from the base station, configuration information that includes i) information for a resource pool in which an SL DRX is not supported and ii) information for a resource pool in which the SL DRX is supported;
• receiving, from a first UE, sidelink control information (SCI) that includes i) a first stage SCI on a physical sidelink control channel (PSCCH), and ii) a second stage SCI on a physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH);
• and
• receiving, from the first UE, sidelink data based on the SCI,
• wherein the SCI is received based on a monitoring related to the SCI,
• wherein based on a slot in which the SCI is received, an SL DRX active time is determined,
• wherein the SL DRX active time includes a time duration in which an SL DRX timer is running, and the SL DRX timer is the SL DRX Onduration timer, the SL DRX inactivity timer, or the SL DRX retransmission timer,
• wherein based on a resource pool including the slot in which the SCI is received, whether to perform an operation related to the SL DRX is determined,
• wherein based on i) the SL DRX HARQ RTT timer related to a retransmission of the sidelink data being started, ii) a first slot within a time duration, in which the SL DRX HARQ RTT timer is running, belonging to the resource pool in which the SL DRX is not supported,
• the monitoring related to the SCI is performed in the first slot.
