A vibration apparatus comprising:

• a vibration member;
• and
• a vibration element configured to vibrate the vibration member, and including a vibration part,
• wherein the vibration part includes a piezoelectric material and an electrostrictive material,
• wherein the electrostrictive material includes materials represented by Equations 1 and 2 below:
• (PbA-BCB)(Mg1/3Nb2/3)aO3 [Equation 1]
• (PbA-BCB)(D1/3E2/3)bO3, [Equation 2]
• wherein the piezoelectric material includes materials represented by Equations 3 and 4 below:
• (PbA-BCB)(Zrc)O3 [Equation 3]
• (PbA-BCB)(Tid)O3, [Equation 4]
• where in Equation 1 to Equation 4, ‘C’ is one of calcium Ca, strontium Sr, and barium Ba, ‘D’ is one of nickel Ni, manganese Mn, magnesium Mg, and cobalt Co, ‘E’ is niobium Nb or tantalum Ta, and
• where in Equation 1 to Equation 4, 0.02≤B≤0.20, 0.80≤A-B≤0.98, ‘a+b+c+d’ is equal to 1, and a ratio of ‘a+b’ and ‘c+d’ is 1.0:1.7 to 1.0:3.0
• wherein the vibration element includes a cover member comprising:
• a first cover member covering a first surface of the vibration part and a second cover member covering a second surface of the vibration part,
• wherein the second surface of the vibration part is opposite to the first surface of the vibration part, and
• wherein one of the first cover member and the second cover member includes a material having a moisture permeability equal to or less than 102 g·day/m2.
