System and method for secured data transmission using LiFi and holochain network

A method for secured data communication comprising:

• determining, by a first processor associated with a sending device, that a first subset of data is confidential based at least in part upon historical indications that indicates that the first subset of data is confidential;
• encrypting, by the first processor, the first subset of data;
• receiving, at the sending device, a first message that indicates that a user of a receiving device initiated a request to receive the first subset of data, wherein the first message comprises an indication that the user is authorized to receive the first subset of data;
• and
• in response to receiving the first message, communicating, by the first processor, the encrypted data to a light fidelity (LiFi) device, wherein the encrypted data is communicated via light emitted from at least one light source of the LiFi device to the receiving device;
• wherein the first message is received from a network node in a holochain network, wherein the network node and the holochain network are communicatively coupled to a processor associated with the sending device, and
• wherein the holochain network comprises a network of network nodes configured to implement a decentralized peer-to-peer network communication among the network of network nodes.

A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing instructions that when executed by a processor cause the processor to:

• determine that a first subset of data is confidential based at least in part upon historical indications that indicates that the first subset of data is confidential;
• encrypt the first subset of data;
• receive a first message that indicates that a user of a receiving device initiated a request to receive the first subset of data, wherein the first message comprises an indication that the user is authorized to receive the first subset of data;
• and
• in response to receiving the first message, communicate the encrypted data to a light fidelity (LiFi) device, wherein the encrypted data is communicated via light emitted from at least one light source of the LiFi device to the receiving device;
• wherein the first message is received from a network node in a holochain network, wherein the network node and the holochain network are communicatively coupled to the processor, and
• wherein the holochain network comprises a network of network nodes configured to implement a decentralized peer-to-peer network communication among the network of network nodes.
