Battery module and battery pack including the same

A battery module comprising:

• a battery cell stack in which a plurality of battery cells including protruded electrode leads are stacked;
• a module frame that houses the battery cell stack;
• and
• busbar frames disposed to a front and a rear of the battery cell stack where the electrode leads are protruded,
• wherein the battery cell includes protruding portions respectively formed at both ends of a lower edge of the battery cell,
• wherein at least one of the busbar frames include a guide portion extending to a lower surface of the battery cell stack,
• wherein the guide portion comprises a guide groove into which the protruding portion is inserted,
• wherein the guide groove includes an adjusting portion of which a width becomes narrower from where the battery cell is positioned to where the busbar frame is positioned, and
• wherein the protruding portion is obliquely bent by the adjusting portion to reduce a height of the busbar frame.
