• the negative electrode comprises a negative current collector and a negative active material layer disposed on at least one surface of the negative current collector, the negative active material layer comprises a first region and a second region, and a thickness D1 of any position of the first region is less than an average thickness D2 of the second region;
• and
• the electrolytic solution comprises a salt containing a P—O bond, and a content of the salt containing a P—O bond is less than or equal to 0.05 gram per 1 cm2 of the first region.
