Abstract
The present disclosure encompasses solid state forms of Vericiguat, in embodiments crystalline polymorphs of Vericiguat, processes for preparation thereof, and pharmaceutical compositions thereof.
Claims13
A crystalline Form VT1 of Vericiguat characterized by one or more of the following data:
- a) an XRPD pattern having peaks at 6.0, 10.3, 15.6, 18.4 and 20.1 degrees 2-theta±0.2 degrees 2-theta;
- b) a solid state 13C NMR spectrum having peaks at 45.0, 51.3, 114.7, 120.2, 125.9, 139.8 and 160.5 ppm±0.2 ppm;
- or
- c) a solid state 13C NMR spectrum having the following chemical shift absolute differences from a reference peak at 146.9 ppm±2 ppm of 101.9, 95.6, 32.2, 26.7, 21.0, 7.1 and 13.7 ppm±0.1 ppm.
