Multi-utility modular device

A multi-utility modular device, comprising:

• a base chassis;
• a plurality of adjustable extension arms to allow removable coupling of a lawnmower on the bottom of the base chassis, and an object on the top of base chassis, wherein the plurality of adjustable extension arms comprises a first extension arm, and a second extension arm, with a drop-design structure, configured to allow removable coupling of the lawnmower on the bottom of the base chassis under the object and configured to allow upward and downward vertical movement of the lawnmower removably coupled on the bottom of the base chassis;
• and
• at least one mounting bracket configured to allow removable coupling of one or more accessories on one or more sides of the base chassis.

A multi-utility modular device, comprising:

• a base chassis;
• one or more objects removably coupled on the top of the base chassis;
• a lawnmower on the bottom of the base chassis under the one or more objects;
• one or more accessories removably coupled on at least one side of the base chassis;
• a first adjustable extension arm configured to allow removable coupling of the one or more objects;
• a second adjustable extension arm, with a drop-design structure, configured to allow removable coupling of the lawnmower and configured to allow upward and downward vertical movement of the lawnmower removably coupled on the bottom of the base chassis;
• and
• an attachment configured to allow removable coupling of the one or more accessories.
