Mounting device

A mounting device, comprising:

• a first bracket comprising a first leg of the first bracket, the first leg of the first bracket comprising a first notch and a second notch remote from the first notch;
• a second bracket comprising a first leg of the second bracket;
• and
• a locking arrangement attached to the first leg of the second bracket, the locking arrangement comprising a first pin having a first hole extending therethrough generally perpendicularly to a length dimension of the first pin, a second pin having a second hole extending therethrough generally perpendicularly to a length dimension of the second pin, an elongated member extending through the first hole and the second hole, and means for moving the first pin and the second pin toward and away from each other, the first pin being receivable in the first notch and the second pin being receivable in the second notch;
• wherein the second pin is positionally fixed relative to the first leg of the second bracket by being non-slidably disposed in a hole formed in the first leg of the second bracket.
