Axle module of an electrically driven vehicle

A vehicle, comprising:

• a vehicle body (12), and
• an axle module (1) having
• a drive unit (2), which has a vehicle axle (21), an electric motor (22), a transmission (23), and power electronics (24),
• wherein the vehicle axle (21) is configured to connect to vehicle wheels (11), a module carrier (3) which is configured to connect to a vehicle body (12) of the vehicle (10),
• an assembly bearing (4), which connects the drive unit (2) and the module carrier (3) to each other, and
• a control device (5),
• wherein the drive unit (2), the module carrier (3) and the assembly bearing (4) jointly form a vibration transmission path (50), and wherein the control device (5) is configured to actuate the drive unit (2) in a controlled manner to reduce a noise emission of the axle module (1) in accordance with acoustic and/or mechanical vibration transmission via the vibration transmission path (50), such that noise emission of the axle module (1) during operation of the axle module (1) is adjusted in a predefined way,
• wherein the vehicle body (12) and the axle module (1) are connected to each other.

A method for manufacturing an axle module (1) of a vehicle (10), comprising the steps:

• providing a drive unit (2) comprising a vehicle axle (21), a motor (22), a transmission (23), and power electronics (24),
• wherein the vehicle axle (21) is configured to connect to vehicle wheels (11),
• providing a module carrier (3) which is configured to be connected to a vehicle body (12) of the vehicle (10),
• providing an assembly bearing (4),
• connecting the drive unit (2) and the module carrier (3) to each other by means of the assembly bearing (4), so that the drive unit (2) and the module carrier (3) and the assembly bearing (4) form a common vibration transmission path (50), and
• providing a control device (5) which is configured to actuate the drive unit (2) in a controlled manner to reduce a noise emission of the axle module (1) as a function of an acoustic and/or mechanical vibration transmission via the vibration transmission path (50) in such a way that a noise emission of the axle module (1) is adjusted in a predefined way during operation of the axle module (1).
