Laser processing head and laser processing device

A laser processing device comprising:

• a laser oscillator configured to output a laser beam;
• a laser processing head having a conversion element configured to convert a beam profile of the laser beam supplied from the laser oscillator;
• and
• a refrigerant supply device configured to supply a refrigerant to the laser processing head, wherein the laser processing head comprises:
• a holder that holds the conversion element;
• a shaft in which the holder is connected to a tip end of the shaft;
• an actuator configured to move the shaft such that the conversion element enters a luminous flux of the laser beam and retracts therefrom;
• a first flow path that is formed inside the shaft and enables the refrigerant that is supplied from the refrigerant supply device to flow from a base side of the shaft toward a holder side of the shaft;
• and
• a second flow path that is formed inside the shaft and enables the refrigerant flowing through the first flow path to return from the holder side of the shaft to the base side.
