A compound, which a compound having the structure of Formula I or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof,
- wherein Q1, Q2 and Q3 are each independently H, a negative charge, a metal ion, or a protecting group.
A compound, which is at least one of a compound having the structure of Formula II or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof,
- wherein Q1, Q2 and Q3 are each independently H, a negative charge, a metal ion, or a protecting group, and R is a functional group.
