• Rf is a fluoroalkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms,
• Rf1 is a fluoroalkylene group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms,
• Rf2 is an organic group having a valence of (1+b), where at least a carbon atom bonded to R1 bonds to a fluorine atom, and when there is a plurality of Rf2, the Rf2 may be the same or different,
• R1 is an alkylene group having 5 to 20 carbon atoms, and when there is a plurality of R1, the R1 may be the same or different,
• R2 is an alkylene group having 2 to 10 carbon atoms and optionally a fluorine atom, and a plurality of R2 may be the same or different,
• R3 is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms and optionally a fluorine atom, and when there is a plurality of R3, the plurality of R3 may be the same or different,
• T is —Si(R)3-c(L)c, and a plurality of T may be the same or different,
• R is an alkyl group,
• L is a hydrolytic group or a hydroxyl group, and 2 or more L in T may be the same or different,
• m is an integer from 1 to 20,
• a is an integer from 1 to 3, and when there is a plurality of a, the plurality of a may be the same or different,
• b is an integer of 1 or more, and when there is a plurality of b, the plurality of b may be the same or different,
• c is 2 or 3, and a plurality of c may be the same or different, and
• when b is 1, a is 2 or 3, and
• wherein the fluorine-containing compound of formula (A1) or formula (A2) has a weight average molecular weight (Mw)/number average molecular weight (Mn) of 1.2 or less.
