A peptide composition, comprising a collagen peptide, and isovaleric aldehyde, 1-octen-3-ol, phenylacetaldehyde and methional, wherein
- the peptide composition comprises the isovaleric aldehyde, 1-octen-3-ol, phenylacetaldehyde and methional at 0.05 ppm or more as a total amount thereof, and
- the peptide composition comprises the methional at 0.04 ppm or more.
