Abstract
Compounds having the structure of Formula (I): and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein R2, R3, R5, R6, R7, and R8 are as defined in the specification; pharmaceutical compositions comprising such compounds and salts; use of such compounds and salts to treat or prevent Prolyl endopeptidase fibroblast activation protein (FAP)-mediated conditions; kits comprising such compounds and salts; and methods for manufacturing such compounds and salts.
Claims26
A compound having the structure of Formula (I):
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein:
- R2 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halogen, and methyl;
- R3 is hydrogen or halogen;
- R5 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, hydroxy, halogen, methyl, and methoxy;
- one of R6 and R7 is hydrogen and the other of R6 and R7 is selected from the group consisting of:
- (a) halogen;
- (b) C1-6-alkyl, wherein the C1-6-alkyl is optionally substituted with one or more substituents independently selected from the group consisting of halogen, hydroxy, C1-6-alkoxy, halo-C1-6-alkoxy, C3-6-cycloalkyl, and C3-6-cycloalkoxy;
- (c) cyclopropyl, wherein the cyclopropyl is optionally substituted with one or more substituents independently selected from the group consisting of cyano, fluoro, C1-6-alkyl, halo-C1-6-alkyl, and C1-6-alkoxy;
- (d) C1-6-alkoxy, wherein the C1-6-alkoxy is optionally substituted with one or more substituents independently selected from the group consisting of halogen and cyclopropyl;
- and
- (e) C3-6-cycloalkoxy, wherein the C3-6-cycloalkoxy is optionally substituted with one or more substituents independently selected from the group consisting of halogen and C1-3-alkyl;
- and
- R8 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halogen, and methyl.
