Claims27
A human consumables container for holding human consumables and for removing a bottle cap from a bottle, the human consumables container comprising:
- a housing body comprising a base and a cover, the base including a bottom portion and an upstanding side wall, the cover including an upper portion and a downwardly extending side wall, the upper portion defining an upper cavity, the cover and base being configurable in a connected seated configuration in which the upstanding side wall of the base and the downwardly extending side wall of the cover are mated to form a first compartment between the cover and the base and the cover is seated with respect to the base to prevent the cover moving closer toward the base, the first compartment being sized and shaped for holding human consumables therein, the base and cover being configured to define a fingernail gap between the base and cover when in the connected seated configuration to permit insertion of a fingernail of a user in the fingernail gap to facilitate separation of the cover from the base, at least one of the cover or the base including surface irregularities defining a grip to facilitate gripping by a hand of a user for separating the cover from the base, the base comprising a bottle opener located to be outside of the first compartment when the cover and base are in the connected seated configuration, the bottle opener including a recess sized to receive the bottle cap, the recess open out of a side of the base to permit reception of the bottle cap in the recess laterally from the side of the base, the bottle opener including a fulcrum and a prying portion configured to engage the bottle cap when the bottle cap is in the recess, the prying portion being located relative to the fulcrum to be received under the bottle cap and to pry the bottle cap off the bottle when the fulcrum is engaged with a top of the bottle cap and the housing body is pivoted relative to the bottle about the fulcrum;
- and
- a lid including an upper wall and a downwardly extending side wall, the lid and cover being configurable in a closed configuration in which the downwardly extending side wall of the lid is mated with the upper cavity of the cover to form a second compartment between the lid and the cover, the second compartment being above the first compartment, the second compartment being sized and shaped for holding human consumables therein.
A human consumables container for holding human consumables and for removing a bottle cap from a bottle, the human consumables container comprising:
- a housing body comprising a base and a cover, the base including a bottom portion and an upstanding side wall, the cover including an upper portion and a downwardly extending side wall, the upper portion defining an upper cavity, the cover and base being configurable in a connected seated configuration in which the upstanding side wall of the base and the downwardly extending side wall of the cover are mated to form a first compartment between the cover and the base and the cover is seated with respect to the base to prevent the cover moving closer toward the base, the first compartment being sized and shaped for holding human consumables therein, the base and cover being configured to define a fingernail gap between the base and cover when in the connected seated configuration to permit insertion of a fingernail of a user in the fingernail gap to facilitate separation of the cover from the base, at least one of the cover or the base including surface irregularities defining a grip to facilitate gripping by a hand of a user for separating the cover from the base, the base comprising a bottle opener located to be outside of the first compartment when the cover and base are in the connected seated configuration, the bottle opener including a recess sized to receive the bottle cap, the bottle opener including a fulcrum and a prying portion configured to engage the bottle cap when the bottle cap is in the recess, the prying portion being located relative to the fulcrum to be received under the bottle cap and to pry the bottle cap off the bottle when the fulcrum is engaged with a top of the bottle cap and the housing body is pivoted relative to the bottle about the fulcrum;
- and
- a lid including an upper wall and a downwardly extending side wall, the lid and cover being configurable in a closed configuration in which the downwardly extending side wall of the lid is mated with the upper cavity of the cover to form a second compartment between the lid and the cover, the second compartment being above the first compartment, the second compartment being sized and shaped for holding human consumables therein,
- wherein the base comprises a protrusion protruding into an interior of the first compartment, and the recess of the bottle opener extends in the protrusion.
A human consumables container for holding human consumables and for removing a bottle cap from a bottle, the human consumables container comprising:
- a housing body comprising a base and a cover and having a generally cylindrical shape, the base including a bottom portion and an upstanding side wall, the cover including an upper portion and a downwardly extending side wall, the upper portion defining an upper cavity, the cover and base being configurable in a connected seated configuration in which the upstanding side wall of the base and the downwardly extending side wall of the cover are mated to form a first compartment between the cover and the base and the cover is seated with respect to the base to prevent the cover moving closer toward the base, the first compartment being sized and shaped for holding human consumables therein, the base and cover being configured to define a fingernail gap between the base and cover when in the connected seated configuration to permit insertion of a fingernail of a user in the fingernail gap to facilitate separation of the cover from the base, the fingernail gap extending circumferentially around the housing body, at least one of the cover or the base including surface irregularities defining a grip to facilitate gripping by a hand of a user for separating the cover from the base, the base comprising a bottle opener located to be outside of the first compartment when the cover and base are in the connected seated configuration, the bottle opener including a recess sized to receive the bottle cap, the bottle opener including a fulcrum and a prying portion configured to engage the bottle cap when the bottle cap is in the recess, the prying portion being located relative to the fulcrum to be received under the bottle cap and to pry the bottle cap off the bottle when the fulcrum is engaged with a top of the bottle cap and the housing body is pivoted relative to the bottle about the fulcrum;
- and
- a lid including an upper wall and a downwardly extending side wall, the lid and cover being configurable in a closed configuration in which the downwardly extending side wall of the lid is mated with the upper cavity of the cover to form a second compartment between the lid and the cover, the second compartment being above the first compartment, the second compartment being sized and shaped for holding human consumables therein.
A human consumables container for holding human consumables and for removing a bottle cap from a bottle, the human consumables container comprising:
- a housing body comprising a base and a cover, the base including a bottom portion and an upstanding side wall, the cover including an upper portion and a downwardly extending side wall, the upper portion defining an upper cavity, the cover and base being configurable in a connected seated configuration in which the upstanding side wall of the base and the downwardly extending side wall of the cover are mated to form a first compartment between the cover and the base and the cover is seated with respect to the base to prevent the cover moving closer toward the base, the first compartment being sized and shaped for holding human consumables therein, the base and cover being configured to define a fingernail gap between the base and cover when in the connected seated configuration to permit insertion of a fingernail of a user in the fingernail gap to facilitate separation of the cover from the base, at least one of the cover or the base including surface irregularities defining a grip to facilitate gripping by a hand of a user for separating the cover from the base, the base comprising a bottle opener located to be outside of the first compartment when the cover and base are in the connected seated configuration, the bottle opener including a recess sized to receive the bottle cap, the bottle opener including a fulcrum and a prying portion configured to engage the bottle cap when the bottle cap is in the recess, the prying portion being located relative to the fulcrum to be received under the bottle cap and to pry the bottle cap off the bottle when the fulcrum is engaged with a top of the bottle cap and the housing body is pivoted relative to the bottle about the fulcrum;
