Abstract
An example circuit includes a first transistor and a second transistor coupled in series with the first transistor. A regulator circuit is configured to regulate a voltage across the second transistor based on a first reference voltage and a voltage at a node between the first and second transistors. A rectification drive circuit is configured to operate the first and second transistors in a rectification mode based on a voltage at the node and at least one second reference voltage.

An apparatus comprising:
- a first transistor having first and second current terminals and a first control terminal;
- a second transistor having third and fourth current terminals and a second control terminal, in which the third current terminal is coupled to the second current terminal;
- a control circuit having a first input, a second input, and an output, the first input coupled to the second current terminal, and the output coupled to the first control terminal, the control circuit configurable to set a state of the output responsive to a state of the first input and a switching signal at the second input;
- and
- a circuit including a regulator having an input coupled to the second current terminal and configurable to regulate a voltage across the second transistor.

- a first transistor having first and second current terminals and a first control terminal;
- a second transistor having third and fourth current terminals and a second control terminal, in which the third current terminal is coupled to the second current terminal;
