A method of manufacturing a press-formed product, comprising:

• obtaining a first piece by punching a metal material, the first piece including a first surface and a second surface, the second surface being a surface on the side opposite to the first surface, the first surface including a roll-over formed on an edge of the first surface by the punching;
• obtaining a second piece by depressing an edge of the second surface of the first piece along an axial direction so that a side surface along the axial direction is formed while sandwiching the first piece between a first die and a second die and while the roll-over of the first piece is restrained by a pressing surface of the first die, the second piece including a first portion having the first surface provided with the roll-over and a second portion having the second surface with the depressed edge;
• and
• trimming the second piece by using press working to remove at least a part of the edge of the first portion.
