A compound represented by Formula I:
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof;
- wherein
- X1 is O, S, or NR4;
- X2 is S;
- R1 is alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, or heterocyclyl;
- R2 is aryl or heteroaryl;
- R3 is H or alkyl;
- and
- R4 is H or alkyl.
