Abstract
Disclosed herein are compounds, conjugates, and methods that may be used to detect the presence of an analyte in a sample, such as a biological sample.
Claims19
A compound of formula (I), or a salt thereof:
- wherein:
- X is ethylenediamine, 4,7,10-trioxa-1,13-tridecanediamine,
- Y is nitrogen, oxygen, or sulfur,
- wherein when Y is nitrogen, R′ is —SO2-A, wherein A is phenyl that is unsubstituted or substituted with 1 or 2 substituents from C1-C4 alkyl, and when Y is oxygen or sulfur, R′ is absent;
- Q is —SO2— or —CO—;
- L1 and L2 are each independently a C1-C4 alkylene;
- R2 is —COOZ;
- Z is hydrogen or C1-C4 alkyl;
- and
- Ra, Rb, Rc, Rd, Re, Rf, Rg, and Rh are each hydrogen.
