Abstract
A testbench system is disclosed. The system includes a network interface; a memory storage; a transducer; and one or more processors. The one or more processors are configured to operate in a first phase and: perform calibration of the transducer and generate calibration data; generate a unique identification (CTS-ID) for the transducer based on the calibration data; mark the transducer with the CTS-ID; and provide the CTS-ID and the calibration data to the network interface for transmission to a database.
Claims20
A testbench system for analyzing hoses, the system comprising:
- a network interface;
- and
- one or more processors configured to:
- verify that a replaceable transducer is valid and/or properly calibrated by reading a cryptographic hash on the replaceable transducer;
- determine that the replaceable transducer needs replacement based on diagnostic information;
- calibrate the replaceable transducer and generate a replacement identifier;
- and
- provide the replacement identifier via the network interface to a database;
- wherein the testbench system prevents initiation of a test to be performed on a hose when the one or more processors fails to verify that the replaceable transducer is valid and/or properly calibrated.
A testbench system for analyzing hoses, the system comprising:
- a replaceable transducer;
- a hose tank to store and cover a hose for testing;
- a hose manifold to receive the hose for the testing;
- a network interface;
- and
- one or more processors configured to:
- verify that a replaceable transducer is valid and/or properly calibrated by reading a cryptographic hash on the replaceable transducer;
- perform the testing to generate diagnostic information for the replaceable transducer;
- determine that the replaceable transducer needs replacement based on the diagnostic information;
- calibrate the replaceable transducer and generate a replacement identifier;
- and
- provide the replacement identifier via the network interface to a database;
- wherein prior to a test being performed on the hose, the testbench system prevents initiation of the test to be performed on the hose when the one or more processors fails to verify that the replaceable transducer is valid and/or properly calibrated.
