Abstract
A resin molded body includes a resin structure, an intermediate layer including an inorganic filler and an organic resin binder and provided on a surface of at least a part of the resin structure, and a thermal sprayed ceramic coating provided on the intermediate layer. The inorganic filler is amorphous in shape and has a central particle diameter of 20 μm or more and 100 μm or less. The intermediate layer has a thickness of 50 μm or more and 250 μm or less. The central particle diameter a of the inorganic filler and the thickness b of the intermediate layer satisfy the relationship of b≥2a, and the inorganic filler is contained in the intermediate layer in an amount of 40% to 65% as a volume ratio.
Claims6
A resin molded body comprising:
- a resin structure comprising an inorganic filler;
- an intermediate layer comprising an inorganic filler and an organic resin binder and provided on a surface of at least a part of the resin structure;
- and
- a thermal sprayed ceramic coating provided on the intermediate layer, wherein the thermal sprayed ceramic coating is a deposited coating of flat ceramic particles positioned adjacent to each other to form gap portions between each flat ceramic particle, the thermal sprayed ceramic coating contains a resin impregnated into said gap portions formed between the flat ceramic particles, and the resin is a fluorine based resin, and wherein
- a resin material for the resin structure is a thermosetting resin which is an epoxy resin, a vinyl ester resin, an unsaturated polyester resin or an acrylic resin,
- the inorganic filler of the resin structure enables a coefficient of thermal expansion of the resin structure and a coefficient of thermal expansion of the thermal sprayed ceramic coating to be made closer to each other as compared to a closeness of the coefficient of thermal expansion of the resin structure without the inorganic filler and the coefficient of thermal expansion of the thermal sprayed ceramic coating,
- a whole shape of the inorganic filler in the intermediate layer has a crushed shape and the inorganic filler has a particle diameter d50 of 20 μm or more and 100 μm or less, and
- wherein the intermediate layer has a thickness of 50 μm or more and 250 μm or less, and
- the central particle diameter a of the inorganic filler in the intermediate layer and the thickness b of the intermediate layer satisfy the relationship of
- b≥2a, and
- the inorganic filler in the intermediate layer is contained in the intermediate layer in an amount of 40% to 65% by volume.
