A human-powered vehicle control method comprising:

• acquiring input information related to traveling of a human-powered vehicle with at least one sensor,
• using a first electronic controller to decide control data of a device provided at the human-powered vehicle in accordance with a predetermined control algorithm based on the input information acquired and performing automatic control on the device by the control data decided
• using an operation probability output model stored on a non-transitory computer readable medium that outputs based on the input information acquired a probability of a rider performing an intervening operation during the traveling of the human-powered vehicle prior to automatic control on a device provided at the human-powered vehicle in accordance with the predetermined control algorithm based on the input information,
• using a second electronic controller to change a parameter for deciding the control data in a case where the operation probability output model is equal to or more than a predetermined value, and
• performing automatic control with a changed parameter by the electronic controller.
