Abnormal physical condition determination system, abnormal physical condition determination method, and computer program

A method of determining an abnormal condition of a person in a vehicle comprising:

• acquiring an image of the person in the vehicle, the image being captured by a camera installed in the vehicle;
• extracting a plurality of feature quantities indicating a condition of the person from the image, the plurality of feature quantities including a position of a face, a position of a pupil, a direction of the face and a direction of a gaze;
• accumulating the plurality of feature quantities as time series data in a memory;
• calculating a relationship between at least one pair of the plurality of feature quantities accumulated in the memory;
• and
• determining the abnormal condition of the person on the basis of the relationship, wherein
• the abnormal condition of the person includes a condition where the direction of the face and the direction of the pupil do not move in a same manner.

A non-transitory recording medium storing a computer program executable by a computer to perform a method of determining an abnormal condition of a person in a vehicle comprising:

• acquiring an image of the person in the vehicle, the image being captured by a camera installed in the vehicle;
• extracting a plurality of feature quantities indicating a condition of the person from the image, the plurality of feature quantities including a position of a face, a position of a pupil, a direction of the face and a direction of a gaze;
• accumulating the plurality of feature quantities as time series data in a memory;
• calculating a relationship between at least one pair of the plurality of feature quantities accumulated in the memory;
• and
• determining the abnormal condition of the person on the basis of the relationship, wherein
• the abnormal condition of the person includes a condition where the direction of the face and the direction of the pupil do not move in a same manner.
