Furniture drive for moving a furniture part that is movably mounted relative to a furniture carcass

A furniture drive for moving a furniture part movably-supported relative to a furniture carcass, the furniture drive comprising:

• an adjustment device having at least one rotatably-supported adjustment element configured to be rotated by a tool;
• a transmission for transmitting a force of the adjustment element;
• and
• an overload safety device configured to allow the adjustment element to rotate and thereby transmit the force of the adjustment element to the transmission upon a torque below a predetermined limit torque being applied to the adjustment element with the tool, and being configured to prevent the adjustment element from being rotated by the tool upon a torque above the limit torque being applied to the adjustment element with the tool,
• wherein the overload safety device includes:
• a first component having a longitudinal direction;
• a second component;
• and
• a holding element configured to hold the first component and the second component relative to each other in a coupled position when the torque applied to the adjustment element is below the limit torque,
• wherein the second component is configured to be moved relative to the first component at least in a direction extending transversely to the longitudinal direction of the first component so as to decouple the first component and the second component from each other when the torque applied to the adjustment element is above the limit torque.
