Abstract
A system and method in at least one embodiment for separating fluids including liquids and gases into subcomponents by passing the fluid through a vortex chamber into an expansion chamber and then through at least a portion of a waveform pattern present between at least two rotors and/or disks. In further embodiments, a system and method is offered for harnessing fields created by a system having rotating rotors and/or disks having waveform patterns on at least one side to produce current within a plurality of coils. In at least one embodiment, the waveform patterns include a plurality of hyperbolic waveforms axially aligned around a horizontal center of the system.

A disk array for use in a system manipulating at least one fluid, the disk array comprising:
- at least one pair of mated disks, said at least one pair of mated disks are substantially parallel to each other, each disk having:
- a first surface,
- a second surface is opposite said first surface on said disk,
- a waveform pattern on at least said first surface of the disk, the first surfaces of said at least one pair of mated disks face each other such that the neighboring waveform patterns substantially form between said neighboring disks in said at least one pair of mated disks a passageway, wherein the waveform pattern on one disk of the at least one pair of mated disks includes at least one ridge having a back channel formed into an outer side of the at least one ridge that together with a complementary groove on the neighboring mated disk forms an area having a vertical oval cross-section,
- at least one mated disk in each at least one pair of mated disks includes an opening passing from the second surface to the first surface, the opening is in a center of said first and second surfaces, and
- a fluid pathway exists for directing fluid from the opening through the passageway towards a periphery of the at least one pair of mated disks.

- and
- wherein said waveform patterns on said opposed first surfaces of said at least one pair of mated disks mirror each other.
