Provided are a steering column connection mechanism and a vehicle. The steering column connection mechanism is applied in the vehicle. The sliding guide rail mechanism is configured to connect a steering column with a vehicle frame of the vehicle, enabling the steering column to move relative to the vehicle frame for a telescopic adjustment. The pre-tightening adjustment mechanism includes a nut, a guide rod, and a spring. The spring is sleeved over the guide rod and abuts against the sliding guide rail mechanism and the guide rod on two sides of the spring respectively. The nut and the guide rod are connected to the vehicle frame. The nut is capable of driving the guide rod to move relative to the vehicle frame to adjust a pressure exerted by the spring on the sliding guide rail mechanism.
