Abstract
The invention relates to a collecting device (30) for a reaction vessel unit (21), which has a plurality of reaction vessels (37), wherein the reaction vessels (37) each have an opening (38), which lie in a common opening plane (39), wherein the collecting device (30) has a collecting plate (31), which is designed in such a way that it can be arranged or is arranged opposite the openings (38) of the reaction vessels (37) in a centrifuge (1) and is designed such that it rotates with the reaction vessel unit (21) during Centrifuging and liquid emerging from the reaction vessels (37) is collected by the collecting plate (31) due to the centrifugal acceleration.
Claims17
A collecting device for a reaction vessel unit, the collecting device comprising:
- a collecting plate for collecting liquid from a plurality of reaction vessels of the reaction vessel unit through openings of the reaction vessels, wherein the collecting device is configured to be installed with the reaction vessel unit in a centrifuge with the collecting plate arranged opposite the openings of the reaction vessels, and the collecting plate is configured to rotate with the reaction vessel unit during centrifuging, such that the collecting plate can collect liquid emerging from the reaction vessels due to centrifugal acceleration in the centrifuge during centrifuging, and
- opposing end faces, including a rear end face, wherein the collecting plate extends between the opposing end faces, and the collecting device is configured to be installed with the reaction vessel unit in the centrifuge with the collecting plate arranged obliquely with respect to a common opening plane in which the openings of the reaction vessels lie, such that the collected liquid can be discharged along the collecting plate in an axial direction of a rotation axis of a rotor of the centrifuge toward the rear end face due to the centrifugal acceleration, and
- wherein a discharge opening is formed on the rear end face and the discharge opening has a spout that projects beyond the rear end face.
