A burner assembly for air preheating combustion includes a combustion chamber and a metal box. A heat exchanger is disposed on a top of the combustion chamber, and a burner is disposed on a bottom of the combustion chamber. The metal box is disposed outside the combustion chamber and a preheating channel is defined between the metal box and the combustion chamber. Each side of the metal box defines multiple ventilation holes uniformly arranged on an upper end of each side of the metal box. A bottom end of the metal box is provided with a sealing baffle, the burner assembly guides outside air to pass through the multiple ventilation holes, then enter the preheating channel, and reach at an inner side of the sealed baffle to complete air movement from top to bottom, and guide the air move from bottom to top to thereby enter the combustion chamber.
A burner assembly for air preheating combustion, comprising a combustion chamber (1) and a metal box (4), wherein a heat exchanger (2) is disposed on a top of the combustion chamber (1), a burner (3) is disposed on a bottom of the combustion chamber (1), the burner (3) is provided with a metal throat pipe (10), and the metal throat pipe (10) is configured to receive gas from outside and transmit the gas into the burner (3);
