Dismounting device for worm or gear on motor shaft

A dismounting device for a worm or gear on a driveshaft of a motor, the dismounting device comprising a main housing,

• wherein the main housing is provided with a dismounting cavity for a dismounting operation, and the dismounting cavity comprises a first end and a second end that are oppositely arranged;
• the first end is provided with a spacer detachably mounted to the first end and a slot formed in the spacer, the slot configured to receive the drive shaft while the worm or gear is positioned inside the dismounting cavity and a main body of the motor is positioned outside the dismounting cavity;
• the second end is provided with a dismounting assembly, wherein the dismounting assembly comprises an inner sleeve and an outer sleeve, the outer sleeve is threadingly mounted to the second end of the dismounting cavity and extends into the dismounting cavity through the second end, and one end of the outer sleeve is provided with a first positioning hole configured to be inserted by an end of the drive shaft;
• and
• the inner sleeve is mounted inside the outer sleeve, and one end that is of the inner sleeve and that is inserted into the outer sleeve is provided with a second positioning hole, wherein the second positioning hole and the first positioning hole are coaxially arranged, and a thimble is mounted in the second positioning hole and runs through the first positioning hole and configured to abut against the end of the drive shaft when the inner sleeve is pressed downward, the thimble is pressed by the inner sleeve to move downward, and the drive shaft is configured to be pressed by the thimble to move downward without moving the worm or gear that is clamped inside the dismounted cavity between the outer sleeve and the slot, thereby separating the worm or gear from the drive shaft.
