Abstract
A hot press cushioning material includes fluororubber. A composition of the fluororubber includes a fluororubber component, a vulcanizing agent, an acid acceptor, and a dehydrating agent.
Claims5
A hot press cushioning material comprising fluororubber, wherein
- a composition of the fluororubber includes:
- a fluororubber component;
- a vulcanizing agent;
- an acid acceptor comprising magnesium oxide present in an amount of 5 or more parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of a total of the fluororubber component and the vulcanizing agent;
- and
- a dehydrating agent comprising calcium oxide present in an amount of 15 or more parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the total of the fluororubber component and the vulcanizing agent,
- wherein
- the amount of the dehydrating agent per 100 parts by mass of the total of the fluororubber component and the vulcanizing agent is larger than the amount of the acid acceptor, and
- a total amount of the acid acceptor and the dehydrating agent per 100 parts by mass of a total of the fluororubber component and the vulcanizing agent is 20 to 50 parts by mass.
