Abstract
A terminal comprises: a reception unit that receives a reference signal used for a purpose other than a measurement related to a reception quality in a physical layer; and a control unit that performs the measurement related to the reception quality in the physical layer using the reference signal.
Claims5
A terminal comprising:
- a receiver that receives a first reference signal used for a measurement related to a reception quality in a physical layer, and a second reference signal having a purpose different from the measurement related to the reception quality in a physical layer;
- and
- a processor that performs the measurement related to the reception quality in the physical layer using the second reference signal in addition to the first reference signal.
A base station comprising:
- a transmitter that transmits a first reference signal used a measurement related to a reception quality in a physical layer, and a second reference signal having a purpose different from the measurement related to the reception quality in a physical layer;
- and
- a processor that assumes that a terminal performs the measurement related to the reception quality in the physical layer by using the second reference signal in addition to the first reference signal.
A radio communication method comprising:
- receiving a first reference signal used for a measurement related to a reception quality in a physical layer, and a second reference signal having a purpose different from the measurement related to the reception quality in a physical layer;
- and
- performing the measurement related to the reception quality in the physical layer using the second reference signal in addition to the first reference signal.
